This is such a great idea! If you have little ones and have started to think about what to do on New Year’s Eve but can’t be out late then this is for you! Noon Year’s Eve will have fun crafts, stories, caricature artist, dancing and countdown. 10 am-noon. Free at S. Walter Stewart Library 170 Memorial Park, Toronto. Check your local library too as they may be hosting a free event too!
