The Stats are in for March 2019! Take a look out at the chart above, specifically the Month’s of Inventory number as it has started to decline slightly (still remaining around two months). As more buyers enter the market this spring it will be important for them to have choice. If you are a Seller sitting on the fence…now is a great time to get on the market as inventory levels are still considered low as Buyer demand increases into the Spring.
