Community Centre- Update on Lawsuit against the City and Cadillac Fairview
“We are hosting a community meeting on December 5th at 7pm to discuss issues and answer questions about the Community Centre for central Don Mills. We will bring you up to date on the application to the Ontario Superior Court that was filed in July. We also served both Cadillac Fairview and the City of Toronto after attempts to negotiate with both parties broke down.
There are other issues surrounding the Shops of Don Mills and some of the condo development that we would like to bring the community up to date on.
The meeting will be held at the Donway Covenant United Church , located at 230 The Donway W, North York, ON M3B 2V8
