“We hope you and your families are healthy and keeping well. We are pelased to announce since the Medical Officer of Helath for Ontario advised that we can re-open our office,we have gradually re-opened the office and resumed providing care for our patients.
We would like to take the opportunity to share with you what you can expect.
Before your appointment:You will be asked to complete a pre-screening form, that will be sent to you when you confirm your appointment.Please wait in your car and text(or call)our office to inform us that you have arrived. We will contact you and advise you when you are able to come into the office.
Upon entering the office:You will be required to wear a face mask.You will be required to sanitize your hands.Your temperature will be taken with a touch-less thermometer.We will then escort you directly into the treatment room.We value your trust and loyalty and are confident these protocols will ensure a safe and healthy environment for both patients and staff.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.While things will look and feel a little different, our entire staff remain the caring and supportive team you have been accustomed to.
