The Millar Team would like to acknowledge the place we call Home because this Canada Day, may feel different.
The recent discovery of numerous unmarked Indigenous graves is nothing short of horrific. As Canadians, we struggle to find the words, but we shouldn’t struggle to find actions.
As we look back and begin to look forward, we continue to educate ourselves and examine how we can do better. While we may not be proud of everything in our past, we applaud all Canadians who are trying to make Canada the best home, for all people. Our hearts and prayers go out to all families that have lost children and loved ones.
