Pool Hopper is looking for motivated full-time seasonal pool/hot tub support maintenance staff starting as early as April of 2025 to join our growing team!
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time, Seasonal (April to December)
𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞: $19.50-$25.00/hr for support staff based on skills and experience. Please contact us for hourly/salary if interested in higher level positions (i.e., junior or senior level technicians)
*Huge potential for rate increases and movement into different positions in the company within the season and for returning employees*
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Assisting senior technicians with the servicing of pools (e.g., loading pool chemicals and equipment on and off the trucks, checking pool chemistry, assisting with repairs, draining and refilling pools and hot tubs)
– Vacuuming pools
– Cleaning pools (e.g., removing leaves, cleaning waterline, sweeping pool deck)
– Perform routine inspections of equipment
– Assisting with new equipment and liner installations
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
– No previous pool/hot tub experience required
– Must be able to communicate positively and professionally with clients and staff
– Able to carry/lift equipment, chemicals, etc. (approximately 40 lbs)
– Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
– Must be available to work Monday to Friday & occasional weekends
– Must be able to work long hours during our busy season, as required
– Enjoy working outdoors
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (not a requirement):
– Full Driver’s License preferred
– Experience with residential pools or hot tubs
– Knowledge of water chemistry
– Carry a personal cell phone with data
