The weekly program “Nature of Chi” combines seasonal Tai Chi & Qigong to help restore, regulate and awaken our natural body functions. Regular practice of Tai Chi & Qigong can help cultivate our internal energy flow, relax, calm and balance mind, body & spirit.
This program is suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and does not require any previous experience.
