This week there of LOTS of Halloween events planned all around the city. I am partial to Halloween on Queen at Kew Gardens Park 2075 Queen E, Toronto. There will be a costume parade, prizes, face painting, fortune teller, palm readers, live music, stilt walkers, buskers and more outdoor family fun Saturday October 27 from Noon-4 pm. Free!
